What the enquiry form asks for

The form asks for a name, a way to contact you, the requested location and service, and a description of the work. Vehicle and timing details may be provided. Fleet enquiries also ask for a company name, vehicle types and an approximate fleet size.

Do not submit payment information, identification documents, licence plates or sensitive personal details. The site does not offer document uploads, online payment or customer accounts.

How a request is used

The information is used to respond to your enquiry and discuss the requested service. Sending a request is not a confirmed appointment and does not sign you up for marketing.

Delivery and spam protection

Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for abuse. Our Formless service uses Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) to forward accepted requests to Payless for the selected shop. These services process the information needed to perform those functions; infrastructure or processing may be outside Canada.

The site does not intentionally include full enquiry messages in application logs. Delivery acceptance means the mail service accepted the request, not that the shop has read it or confirmed an appointment.

Preview and review copies

Preview copies do not send production enquiries. In local test mode, a simulated receipt is explicitly labelled as a test. Do not enter real customer information in a test.

Analytics, cookies and external links

No advertising, review widget, embedded map, tracking cookie or analytics service is enabled in the supplied build. The code contains optional non-personal event hooks for actions such as selecting a location or clicking a phone link. They do not transmit information to a provider unless a separately configured integration is added.

Directions links open Google Maps. The external service’s own privacy practices apply after you follow that link. The site does not use browser storage to save the contents of enquiry forms.

Questions about information you provide

Contact the Brunette shop at 604-518-7693 and ask for the person responsible for privacy enquiries. Do not send sensitive information merely to ask a privacy question.

Delivery records

The delivery system keeps a request fingerprint and delivery status for 30 days to prevent duplicate notifications. It does not store your enquiry text or contact details in that record. The enquiry itself is delivered by email to Payless. For questions about an emailed enquiry or its deletion, contact the shop using the number above.
